t h a t d u t i e s h i s t o r i c a l l y b e l o n g i n g t o t h e u n i o n p r i n t e r be g i v e n
t o members o f t h e e d u c a t i o n a l s t a f f . The u n i o n a l s o c r i t i c i z e d t h e
company f o r p o s t i n g o f f i c e r u l e s t h a t w e r e i n c o n f l i c t w i t h t h e
c o n t r a c t s i g n e d b y t h e u n i o n . When t h e c o n t r a c t b e t w e e n l o c a l 675
and t h e M a r i o n S t a r e x p i r e d , t h e u n i o n and management m e t t o
