SCOPE AND CONTENTS OF THE SERIES
The series consists of general bill files kept by the legal division of the office of Governor Bob Taft. These files contain copies of bills, Legislative Service Commission bill analyses, analyses by Governor’s staff, legislative agenda, and research on legislative issues. Files also include other related legal counsel memos.
ADMINISTRATIVE HISTORY
Elizabeth ( Betsy) Schuster was Deputy Chief Legal Counsel in 2003 and Chief Legal Counsel from 2004 to 2006. James Tassie served as Deputy Chief Legal Counsel in from 2004 to 2006.
