SCOPE AND CONTENTS OF THE SERIES
The series consists of files kept by the Legal Division of the Office of the Governor containing veto messages from Governor Bob Taft to the Ohio General Assembly explaining reasons for vetoes on proposed legislation.
ORGANIZATION OF THE SERIES
The files are in the order in which they were received. Box 57,949 includes miscellaneous bills; box 57,950 contains only files on House Bill 94 ( 124th General Assembly) which pertained to the FY2002- 2003 operating appropriations.

Access:
The series includes records considered confidential under the Ohio Revised Code. Researchers may request redacted copies of the records, except those restricted under ORC § 149.43.
