SCOPE AND CONTENTS OF THE SERIES
This series consists of the subject files of Governor Taft’s Labor Liaison Ted Brown. The series includes correspondence, memos, reports, speeches, and news articles. As Governor Taft’s Labor Liaison Brown was the Taft Administration’s point of contact with Ohio’s labor unions and organizations. Brown also served as the Chairman of the Governor’s Labor Advisory Council. The series includes information on unemployment, labor disputes, Right to Work and Prevailing Wage legislation, and hiring practices.
