SCOPE AND CONTENTS OF THE SERIES
The series consists of the subject files of Kate Bartter, Chief Policy Advisor to Governor Taft. These files contain meeting agendas, correspondence, memos, speeches, reports, notes and news clippings. The series includes subjects and policies related to various agencies in the Governor’s cabinet.
ORGANIZATION OF THE SERIES
The files are in the order in which they were received. This series is, as received, arranged into 15 sub-series. Cabinet meeting files are arranged in chronological order. Other files are generally arranged alphabetically within each sub-series.
