HISTORICAL SKETCH OF THE COLLECTION
Robert Deshon was a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in architecture. From 1946 until 1980 Deshon was a member of the Architecture faculty at the University of Cincinnati.

SCOPE AND CONTENTS OF THE COLLECTION
The collection contains 531 35mm, Kodachrome slides illustrating Ohio’s county courthouses taken in 1969. Additionally there are 32 35mm slides of national and state capitols.
