THE WHOLE STOBY
In the shuffle on our editor's desk, the most important iiart of last week's lead item was somehow omitted. ..The item told of the surprise and in¬ dignation of Toronto's Jewish cominunlty when a privately owned skating rink, "The Ice- landla", refused admission to a young Jewish girl because she was Jewish... What was omitted is the fact that the Toronto Jewish community should not ha-ve been surprised... .Some months previous a Negro boy was barred troni the very same rink, and the Jewish defense agencies remained -silent...We cannot 'believe that this waa censorship...We know that our editor is fully aware that anti- Semitism and Jim Oow are two sides of the same fascist
