The Bureau of Jewish Edu¬ cation is presenting this pro¬ gram of outstanding talent in the communlly in connection with the national observance of Jewish Music Festival Month.
Xhe observance of Jewish music became very popular here In our city and throughout the country a.s well. Those who attended the program of Jewish music last year at the Colum¬ bus Gallery of Fine Arts wiii recall how well the program was received and that several hund¬ red people- had to be turned away- for lack of accommoda¬ tions,.

Hillel Players To Present "Winterset" Again Tonight
The Thuraday night presen¬ tation "Winterset", Hillel Play- era' winter production, was very successful. The audience, filling the University Hall Chapel, was Very much Impressed by the performance. It was a splendid' Job on all angles of production —tha cast, the technical crew and the directing, all should be highly credited. The same play by Maxwell Anderson, was pre¬ sented by Hlllel In 1937 when it was highly praised by all who, had ,seen It This year, judging by last night's perform¬ ance, equalled it not excelled that previous effort
"Winterset" Is a three act drama written In verse form and baaed pn the famous SaccoVen- zettl trial In the late 1920's, Often considered lo be one of the great expermlnental plays In the modern theatre, "Winter- set" deplcta the tragic love atory of Mio and MIriamne, with the struggle against class injustice and prejudice as the underlying theme.
The final performance will be tonight, Saturday, March 1, at 8 o'clock.
