Miss Taylor, who has chosen as her subject, "Court Children", has been a referee in the; Court of Doinfesti9;'5H!Rela-" tions since 1935, her position be¬ ing an oppolnt- ment by the Judge ot the Court" of Domes¬ tic Relations. Durihg that time, she has heard) cases involving delin¬ quent children and adults who contribute to child delinquency or neglect of their children. The wisdom of her decisions has been accepted by the court as a determining factor In its dis¬ position of these cases. Miss Taylor is a graduate ol the Law School of Ohio State University.
