"Gathered on the shores of Israel," she revealed, "are 40,- 000 Jewish DP'S who are living In tent colonies, little better than the facilities they had as DP's. "Ehesj! conditions exist because there Is a pitiful lack of adequ¬ ate housing. At least 50,000 housing units must be built to accommodate the 250,000 Immi¬ grants who win arrive In Israel this year.
