This meeting will mark the open¬ ing of the fall season for the Co¬ lumbus Chapter, and will honor all old members, as well as serve to introduce those women who have recently joined the organization. Mrs. -ftosevelt waa taken on a tour^of the cottages, school, synagogue and farm buildings, and was given many articles made by the children themselves in tho workshops conducted there. Second general membership meeting of Gallery • Players win begin a series of six lectures by Vr. Charles J. McGaw. director of Theater Production at Ohfo State University. Dr. MuGaw, associate professor of speech, iins been a member of OSU faculty since 1946. Prior to coming to Columbus he was a member of the faculty of the Unl- versi.ty of Michigan, where he re¬ ceived his B.A., M.A., and Ph. D. degrees. As a member of the faculty of OSU, Dr. McGaw teaches costum¬ ing and directing. He also directs the Stadium theater during Its summer productions. Dr. McOaw not only has experience as a teach¬ er but as an actor as well. He was with the famous Barnstill Theater In Detroit and various stock com¬ panies. His' program for Gallery Players win be one of application and par¬ ticipation in the acting techniques. He has asked those attending the meeting to come dressed to par¬ ticipate. Tho first of these lectures will be Wednesday. 8:30 p. m., O PIONEER WOMEN #2 An Important meeting of Pioneer Women, Chapter 2, will be held Wednesday, 8 p. m., at the Jewish Center.
