May 12. at the Winding Hollow Country jClub. Moses W. Beckelman, Director General of overseas operations of the Joint Distribution Committee, which is part of the nationwide United Jewish Appeal, will be the featured apeaker. Mr. Beckelman, who makes hia headquarters in Paris, is one of the free world's leading authorities on refugee problems.
