Leadership of United Jewish Fund General Solicitation is Announced
Forty eight leaders in the Jew¬ ish community of Columbus will serve ^ Colonels In the general so¬ licitation division of the United Jewish Fund of Columbus, accord¬ ing to announcement by Irving Lackrltz, chairman of the division. The Colonels will servo under tho four vice-chairmen of the division, including Mel Furmaji, David Gold¬ smith, Alvln Kahan and Myor Mellnian.
This Important group of 48 in¬ cludes:

Model Seder at Hebrew School
In accordance with thc establish¬ ed custom, Hebrew School pupils will conduct a Model Seder Tues¬ day, the last day of school prior to the Passover y^atlon. Two such programs will l>e held.
The first Seder will accommo¬ date all pupils of the first trip, scheduled to begin at 4 p. m., in the Conter auditorium. Pupils of the second and third trips will conduct their Model Seder at 5:15. The pro-

We hope that the general solicita¬ tion division will go even higher than the 10% increase which the campaign cabinet has announced OS the goal for 1965. TEL AVIV, (JTA) — Some 260 inimigrants from North Africa ar¬ rived in Israel Ihat week. They were Immediately moved to homes prepared for them in new villages on the Judean Plain and in the Meggido region.

Wfiat fraternities, sororities and other groups moan to youth and adults will be discussed by a panel at tile next Parents' pow-wow Tuesday, Apr. 19, at tho Jowls!* Center Because a bill designed ti' outlaw fraternities is now In thc legislative hopper, this discussion is of great current interest and concern.
Mr. and Mrs. Al Rosen are chair¬ men of this program. They have gathered together a panel of "ex' ports" for this occasion. The panel includes Simon L. 'Cohen, director of youth at the Jewish Center; Mrs. Jack Realer, G. W. "Jack" Jones, principal of Bexley High School, and Rabbi Harry Kaplan. The Moderator* will be Oscar Fleckner.
Bach panelist will cover an area of youth work in which he is com' petent. The rolea of the Center, National, Synagogue and independ' ent groups will thus be covered.
