Prominent tn the collection of drawings and paintings in the Center- exhibit are a number of works symbolic of man's struggle for freedom. Other subject matter strongly identified with Jewish ritual practices Includes, "Blowing the Shofar," "Benediction" and "In the Synagogue." Mr. Abramofsky's paintings have been exhibited in the art museums of Paris, New Yorlc, Chicago and Israel. He is the winner of a num¬ ber of awards in nationally com¬ petitive shows, some of his work remaining in permanent collections of art gajlerles In America and abroad.
