Guests from various OMo commmiltles purchased $40,000 in Israel Bonds at an emeisency breakfast for Israel hosted hy Govemor James A. Rhodes last week at the Neil House. Responding to a plea hy the govemor to back Israel under fire, they became the charter members of a Club $2,000 hi Israel Bonds and promised to sign up others so that the Ohio drive can achieve its goal of $1,500,000 for the governor's dinner on June 25 at die Executive' Hansion. SECURITY COUNCIL PASSES CEASE FIRE ,   RESOLUTION
The United Nations Security Council late Tuesday reached agreement on a cease flre resolutian re- gardhig tho war hi the Middle East The agreement, it was felt, was due cMefly.tothe agreement betweoi the Uhited Stetes and the Soviet Uiicm on the terms presented. The fact that the resolution said notMng about withdrawal of troops was considered a major victory for Israel who had mounted the greatest 01^ tensive and penetration. Abb^ Eban stated that Ms state would abide by the cease tire provided the Arab states- also agreed.
