the "First Fruits of Harvest" are carried by children
in a traditional offering.
Shavuos, begins on the 50th day after completion of¬
the counting of Omer. On the 2nd day of Passover a
sheal (Omer) of the new barley was offered as a
sacrifice, and the 50 days were counted from that day..
Wheat is harvested after barley, and itTs offered on the
