At the Annual Meeting
held on July 3, the following
officers were elected to
serve with Fleishman: Dr.
Edmond Schecter and Mrs.

A highlight of the evening

Heritage Village Announces
Staub Pavilion Dedication
Sylvia C. Schecter, President of Heritage Village, announces that Sol Morton
Isaac and Eleanor Resler
have accepted the leadership positions in planning the
Dedication of the Martha G.
Staub Special Care Pavilion.
The dedication will be a
major part of the Heritage
Village celebration of National Grandparents Day to
be held on Sunday, Sept. 7, at
3:30 p.m. at Heritage House.

' The Ahavas Sholom Sisterhood is busy finalizing plans

Sol Rising. The event, called
"Salute to Ethel Rising,"

Mrs. Rising, along with
her late, husband, Sol, has
been noted for her dedication
to Ahavas Sholom and the
Columbus community. She
has worked tirelessly for
many organizations including B'nai Brith Women,
United Jewish Appeal,
Bonds for Israel, the Auxiliary of the Rainbow Division,
World War I Veterans, and is
a sixty-year member, of
Ahavas Sholom and its Sisterhood. She served as President of the Sisterhood for 15
years after its organization
in 1942.
