It was Dr, Levin's energy and vision which was mainly responsible for the cstablishmetit of thc Technicum

Thc mourners included a representative of Sir Arthur Wauchope, who followed the cortege after Caiitor Kwaftin, had re¬ cited the HI Mohi Rachamim. Chief Rabbi, Uziel of Tel Aviv delivered a eulogy outside of the synagogue and Me¬ nahem Mendel Ussishkin, President of the Jewi<ih National Fund, spoke at the graveside
