He also felt that It was Important tor the mpraje of his group that the Jewish Welfare Board provide for normalizing thplr Ufo at camp through proper recreation¬ al and leisure time activities. - Saturday t>i^\it the conference was opened by a dinner presid¬ ed over by Heniy Meyers, De¬ troit, President ofcthe Mldiyest Section. Greeting were ex¬ tended by Theodore Dann, Presi¬ dent ot the Jewish Community .Center Association of Indiana¬ polis on behalf of the local Jew¬ ish community and his organiza¬ tion. Mr.-Kraft addressed the group pointing out the marvel¬ ous capacity that has arisen in the American scene within the last two decades He ascribed the adaptabUlty of the Centers to the fact that they were demo¬ cratic Institutions representa¬ tive of all walks ot Jewish life.
