With the Convention only a few weeks away, no can- ditiate has as yet emerged to dispute the presidency with Ed mund Kaufman . . , As a matter of fact, when the possibility of nomination for the presidency was offered to one prominent] rabbi, he shook his head and retorted: "If r win, I lose" ¦What he probably was referring, to is the mounting deficit of the ZOA . , , This reminds us that Habbi Samuel Blumenfeld has| definitely quit as director of edu¬ cation for the ZOA , . , Consider¬ ing the limited budget he had to work with, Blumenfeld did a swell job , . . The Young Ju dean Magazine, organ of the Zionist youth movement, bids fair to have an Int'eresting yearj under the co-edltorship of Rab¬ bi Michael Alper and Dr. Ahar on Kessler . . . THIS AND THAT
An Interesting survey of the anti-Semitic inclination among the hired help In the non-kosher Eastern summer resorts, even in such hotels as do not insist! on an exclusively "Cliristlan" ^clientele, has been made by Genel ^elfoieiB, reported for PM, Newi
