To meet the unprecedented needs of the most critical hour in world his¬ tory, the meeting will set off a record drive for a sum which must exceed last year's effort hy a consitlerable margin. Over 50 agencies are the beneficiaries of thi.s fund- The campaign .strategy this year will be no different than any other similar fund rai.sing efforts in Ihe past. There will be no rallies to fire the cnthusia.=?m of the 'Volun¬ teers, no pep-meetings, no luncheons, no speakbrs, no fan¬ fare.
