Description	Directory of the Vickery Charge, Sandusky District, North Ohio Conference. Edited by Rev. Dale A. Critz, B.L. 1902 In American Methodism, local churches were gathered into circuits, sometimes referred to as a "charge." The itinerant pastor would be appointed to the charge by his bishop. There were four churches in the Vickery Charge: Vickery, Castalia, North Ridge and North Riley. The booklet contains a history of the charge, a portrait of the pastor, lists of trustees, stewards, class leaders, sunday schools, the Epworth Leagues, committees, classes, memberships and probationers. Also included is a number of advertisements, mainly from Clyde businesses.
