Esteemed Fd Wilm Roach understanding some
time back thee was coming,to this place
was a pleasing subject to me as I am almost
alone as to Society of friends but Since hear-
-ng thee had made a Stop at Steubenville thee
perhaps may think that the most advantages
place to take up thy Residence at that I am
not about to dictate to thee as I presume thee
is a Compatant gudge of thy own business
onely wish to Let thee Know I had Concluded
if Every other Sircumstance of this place was
pleasing I would Sell one of my Seats for
waterworks rather than to miss having thee &
family for neighbors having nothing farther
but wishing thee well Conclude thy fd
