& prov d relieving to our minds, as we began to be
rather anxious on the subject of Not hearing
from you, and yet we don t wish you to make
the exertion to keep us frequently inform d when
it may prove a painful one to yourselves
The forepart of the week cousin Proud return d
home with her sister Amy & son Wm they
mostly
seem compos d in general & ^ resign d to the
loss of their dear Betsy ; - And she appears to have
deriv d great satisfaction from the little oppy
he had, of enjoying her daughter s company ~
Our Brothers were at Portmouth at Q M last
week, at frd Mott s they were much as usual,
thy cousin Sarah Robinson is rather unwell
has been spending a little time at Tiverton, for
change of air, but don t perceive much
effect ~ L Rodman went with her Father, she
informs us cousin Ruth Wms has been confin d 2 weeks & comfortable, with
a daughter named Dorea.
