Full Text	A-196-1 Kendal Sept 21st 1817 Dear Sir I intend starting eastward tomorow, and will hardly get back before the time appointed to view the East & West road, which is I believe the 1st Monday of November. I will therefore have to request your attention in the business---The viewers are Henry Everhart, John Bowers. N.E. from Canton, and David Edwards S.E. from Canton. a Copy of the Order must be taken from the Commis office and each viewer Notified at least 5 days previous to the day appointed---Unless you attend to it- probably it may fail~ Yours in haste Thom Rotch Esqr Wm Henry
