having an opertunity to rite by John Street a
friend form Salem in your State thought thou
would be wiling to hear from thy friends A & NY
may inform thee we are in good health & we
were informed by our mutual friend Maria that
thy health is much better than it has been for
sevrel years wich is a very grate favour when
thee gets thy chool under way O how I whould
rejoice to take a pepe at it & thee but I must
be content with hering tel of it- our little Society
has just broke up the dear girls seem quite
interested in working for thee poor. Richard & Maria
paid us a visit last weak thay wir well & have
a prospect of a farm in the nabourhood of Crosscrek
Maria expects to spend the winter among hir friends
R to go to Hartford to return in the Spring poor
dear Maria I think she is not very fit for a
farmers wife. Danuel Quinby a friend who stad
with us 2 nights on his way to Boltemore yearly M
& expects to make a prety generel visit to your
state is a friend we are much interested in & attache
to he having spent sevrel weaks with us some time
back he has a very extensive prospect before him
