	  John Anthony is to have the Farm Seven years

	    With the use of one pair of Oxen

	two cows & four Calves  the said Cattle to remain as the property

	of Thos Rotch . the said John only to have the profits

	arising therefrom- the said John keeping the said stock good

	                           The said Thos retaining one

	four acre Meadow for his own use and retains the right

	of keeping one horse on said farm.

	and the said John on his part is to Cut down & destroy

	and subdue all the bushes on said farm except where the plan is dotted

	for that purpose to be good & lawful, to manure Thos R meadow

	which he reserved, with Ten tons of good manure.  Cut & make the

	Hay that may grow upon the same & bring it into Thos barn in

	Town, said John to take due care of sd farm & stock
