A-288-1
Newport Sept 25th, 1804
Respected Sir,
My wife informs me that she
had written you some time since, relative
to the interest of the money paid for the
Rodman house, during Three months
out of Six, that Huntington remained in
it after the signing the deed, for which you
in your letter and a date of the 4 mo 3d day
1802 acknowledge your self accountable.
Also the quit rent paid by me, which
was due precious to Mr Hazard's buying
the house. As I am about having
home again for the West Indies, I should
be glad to have the business brot to a
close as soon as possible.
I am Respected Sir, with
real esteem - your
friend.
Chris. Raymond Perry
