Mangers Racks & Stalls for Stable
Five stalls with Joice ploughed and partitions
to enter at one end and nail at the other
a floor over the stable with Inch Oak boards &
half inch lining for d(ditto)
a close granary in the stable 8 feet high
Eight feet wide one sliding window 4 squares--
One pr of large Doors 12 feet high with Iron hooks & hinges
the upper hooks to Key--- a door opposite seven feet high
& six feet wide--
which I agree to build for Thomas Roch in good and
compleat Order agreeable to the above description
and find all the materials for the same and set it on
the spot that the said Thomas may point out for the
same which Barn I am to have finished before
wheat harvest in Eighteen hundred and Thirteen and
for which the said Thomas is to pay me Two Hundred
Dollars One quarter at least in store goods at Cash price
witness my hand- at Kendal this twenty sixth day of Eleven
mo 1812 the said Thomas is to give me the priviledge of geting
