                                     A Bill
 To amend an act entitled, “An act to incorporate the charity school of Kendal,” passed January 24, 1826.
 Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio, that
2 the charity school of Kendal  be, and the same is hereby authorized, to loan its funds,
3 and money upon notes, bonds and mortgages, or other securities, and to demand and 
4 receive interest at the rate of seven per centum per annum
