Full Text	A-161-8 page 1 Phila 1 mo 11 1819 Tho Rotch Esteemed friends Thy esteemed favor of 11 mo 30 last came to hand in course and the contents noted and was I disposed to give wya to feelings of indignation I should make some remarks that wh only disturb my peace. What Fogle has said is not true in any shape neither do I believe he heard any such language and between me & thee I now either believe he substituted the note that is a counterfit and by tracing the whole circumstances, such a conclusion may be come by my one of discernment thou
