Full Text	A-364-1 Philadelphia 12 mo 3, 1816 Thomas Rotch Esteemed friend Thy favour of the 5th is Recei =ved & it is very satisfactory to learn the prudence A.C. has observed in business - if it will not be imposing too much on thy time! will thee be so kind as to Inform me by letter as early as con =venient thy oppinion of the Value of the South 1/2 of No 34 - 1/2 of N 27 & No West unimproved Land 1/4 of No 34^ all situate within 2 to 4 Miles of Kendal -- & please say what per acre in thy Judgement I should be warranted in purchasing it. And also in thy oppinion is on forms the Relative Value
