Description	This cover commemorates the completion of phase two of construction in the process of the first complete mating of all space shuttle components at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Alabama. The first mating would include the space shuttle Enterprise, which was never capable of spaceflight though it was capable of orbiting the Earth at low altitude. After the retirement of the space shuttle, the Enterprise was partially disassembled and reused in other shuttles before being put on display in international tours and U. S. museums.
