All of said bridges are situated in ; portions of the cottnty which have heretofore been but little benefited bv moneys ex-. . pended on suoh improvements. We eXpect to have all the bridges so commeneed.not yet : finished, completed the present season. The expense of this work will be mainly met out of the ' mill of road tax set apart for that purpose in the years 1859 and 1860.
