in aid for the Township of Harris Ottawa

County Ohio

	THe Undersigned George W Dimmick

and Lydia Dimmick hereby make their

complaint to you against Charles

McGowen and Mary McGowen

for this that the said Charles McGowan and 

Mary McGowan hath ever since the

30th day of May in the year 1867 and

doth still unlawfully and forcibly detain

from the undersigned possesion of the

following premises situated in the Township 

of Harris in the said County of Ottawa 

and discribed as follows being the 

dwelling house known as the Dimmick

House on Harris Street ajoining the

lot on which is the residence of Ezikiel Rice on the same

Street in the Village of Elmore and lately ockupied by John Eoff

the said Charles McGowen and Mary Mc

Gowen entered upon said premisis as

the tenant of the undersigned the lease

therefore expired of time hereine first 

mentioned and from that time the said

Charles and Mary McGowen hath unlaw

=fully and forcibly held over their

said terms, on the 30th day of May 

in the year 1867 the undersigned duly Served

upon the Charles and Mary McGowen

as required by law notice in writing to leave

said premises the undersigned asks process

and Restitution

dated this 4th day of June AD 1867

		over
