Description	This pamphlet, used by members of the Lincoln-Lee League, a division of the Anti-Saloon League, was used at meetings of the organization. The Lincoln-Lee League was a youth organization dedicated to total abstinence from alcohol. It was founded in Oberlin, Ohio in 1903 and run from the Westerville headquarters of the Anti-Saloon League. The pamphlet provides a history of the league, a "Response Service" and eight songs for use at meetings, as well as a "Scorebook." It reinforces the three principles of the Lincoln-Lee League -- "total abstinence from drink, abolition of the traffic in drink, and loyalty to the church." Mentors, called umpires, gave the young people "marks of credit" for such things as church attendance, abstinence from tobacco and alcohol, recruiting new members for the league or for Sunday school, learning first aid and, for the girls, "domestic accomplishments." The pamphlet is 36 pages long and measures 6.25" x 4.25" (15.88 x 10.8 cm).
