These Articles of Incorporation of
The Van Wert Library Association
Witnesseth, That We, the undersigned, all of whom
are citizens of the State of Ohio, desiring to form a
corporation not for profit, under the general
corporation laws of said State, do hereby certify,
First, The name of said corporation shall be
The Van Wert Library Association,
Second, Said corporation shall be located and
its principal business transacted, at Van-
Wert in Van Wert County Ohio,
Third, The purpose for which said corporation is formed is, not for profit, but to acquire
and maintain a library of books, periodicals and other papers and documents and for
the encouragement of literature and science,
and the culture of the members of the associat
-tion and others,
In witness whereof, We have herunto set
Out hand this 28th day of July A.D. 1893.
