I have just received your letter and
hurry to answer it for I guess it will
be last in this camp for we will
leave here to morrow for some other
place. I do not know where, perhaps to
Washington. Mr. Brigden is here and
is to take charge of the things he has
the keys for my things and I have
sent one blanket for one will be as
much as I want to carry and my
boots also I send the old letters I would
like to take them along to read but
every little helps and I am to have an
over coat to carry and some provisions
As soon as we get to our destination &
I have a little time I will write again
I got the money and stamps all right
and will get my picture taken the
first chance I get and send it to
you but cannot to day or to morrow
