CERTIFICATE OF SUBSCRIPTION.
TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE, COLUMBUS, OHIO:
We, the undersigned, incorporators of The Reeves Iron
Company, do hereby certify, that on
the seventeenth day of June, 1893, all the incorporators
of said Company did order, in writing, that books be opened for subscriptions to the capital stock of
said Company, at Canal Dover, Ohio
on the 17th day of June, 1893, at 1 o'clock P.M.; and,
at the same time, did waive, in writing, the notice by publication of the time and place of such opening
of books of subscription, required by law; and further, said books having been opened at the time and
place ordered, that ten per cent. of the capital stock of said Company has been subscribed.
