Description	This 19-page pamphlet from 1905 details the rules of the Wooster Public Library and Museum. The item measures 3.5" by 5.5" (8.9 by 14 cm). On February 16, 1903, Wooster City Council accepted philanthropist Andrew Carnegie's offer to donate $12,500 for the construction of a library building in Wooster, Ohio. Carnegie later increased his donation to $15,000. On July 3, 1905 the Wooster Public Library opened to the public. The Wooster Public Library later became the Wayne County Public Library. The Carnegie library was razed in February 1966 to make way for new facility.
