[corresponds to part 1 of letter from Betsy Mix Cowles to Cornelia Cowles, Feb. 3, 1846]
Feb. 3. 1846
Dear Cornelia
Charlotte B. & I are at home
all alone- the rest at meeting. I have just re-

who was kidnapped by "John R. Davis" & sold

Cleveland & we will join you- & go on to Plymouth with
us; & then come home - with us. Think of it & write
the result. The rest I will write after Morgan
meeting (Monday Morn) Abby & Foster left this morning
they have been here since Thursday & now listen to wonders

them to occupy the pulpit sabbath afternoon & evening.
