By-Laws 
Art:  1.		The stated regular meetings of the Society 
shall be on the first Saturday Eve'g of each 
month.  From the meeting in March 
to that of Sept's at seven o'clock p.m. 
and for the remaining months at 
six.p.m. 
Art:  2.		The Officers of the Society shall con- 
sist of a President- two Vice Presid- 
ents, Librarian- Secretary and Treasurer. 
Who shall be elected at the stated reg- 
ular meeting in December of each 
year , and installed into office on 
the Eve'g of the stated regular meet- 
ing in January the following month. 
And they shall hold their offices un- 
till their successors are elected and 
installed. 
Art:  3.		The President shall have power to call 
See page 19	special meetings of the Society at pleasure.

pencil		point all committees unless otherwise 
appointed by the Society, and at all times 
maintain order and decorum in the 
Society.  And shall at the regular meet- 
ing following the installation of his or her 
successor , deliver an address- written- 
which shall be placed on file and kept
