[corresponds to page 1 of E. L. Moseley Letter of Resignation to Sandusky Board of Education]
Sandusky, Ohio
June 4, 1914
Mr. Begg,
Superintendent of Schools:
After holding a
position as science teacher in
the Sandusky High School for
twenty-five years, I hereby tender
my resignation.
My work has been congenial
and I have no reason to think
it would be less so in the future,
were I to remain at Sandusky
but an opportunity to enter a
larger field takes me away.
While resigning as teacher, I
should like to continue in the
service of the Board of Education
as curator of the museum, with
the same pay as heretofore for
the use and care of the collections.
Yours respectfully,
E. L. Moseley
