THIS INDENTURE made this Tenth day of AUgust in the year of our Lord, One
thousand eight hundred and Five [lines] Between John Knisely and Mary his Wife of Muskingum County,
in the State of Ohio, of one part, and Adam Bove of Westmoreland County and State of Pennsylvania
of the other part, Witnesseth that the said John Knisely and Mary his Wife, for and in consideration of the Sum of Fifteen
Dollars [lines] to him the said John in hand paid by the said Adam Bove [lines]
the Receipt whereof the said John doth hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, and sold, and by the Presents do grant, bargain and sell,
unto Him the said Adam Bove [lines] and to His heirs and assigns One certain
Lot of Ground in the Town of NEW PHILADELPHIA, in Muskingum County, and State of Ohio,
which said Lot is distinguished on the Map of said Town, as recorded in the Register's Office for the County of Muskingum
by the NUMBER 63 / Sixty three/ containg four Perches in front, and Sixteen Perches in
Depth, butting last on Lot No. 64 [line] North on Front Street [line] West on Lot No. 62 [line] and north
on Bank Alley [lines] Together Also
with all the appurtenances, to have and to hold the said Lot of Ground with all the privelages and appurtenances to Him the said
Adam Bove [lines] and His heirs and assigns forever : And the said John Knisely doth hereby Covenant for him
self and his heirs, to and with the said Adam Bove [lines] and His heirs and assigns that he the said John Kniseley
and his heirs the Lot of Ground hereby granted to the said Adam Bove [lines] and His heirs and assigns will forever
warrant and defend by these Presents. In Witness whereof the said John Knisely and Mary his Wife, have hereunto set their hands and affixed
their Seals, the day and year first above written.

On the Ninth day of September One thousand eight hundred and Five before
me, the undersigned, one of the Justices of the Peace for the County of Muskingum aforesaid cam
the above named John Knisely and Mary his Wife, and acknowledges the above Instrument of Writing to be their
Act and Deed for the purpose therein contained : And the said Mary; being examined seperate and apart from
her said husband, did declare, that She did voluntarily, and of her own free will and accord Seal, and as her Act and Deed deliver, the above
Deed of Conveyance, without any coertion or compulsion from her said husband. Given under my Hand and Seal the above written,
