Kellogg is elected In the Sccor.d District over Ilabcock, the Republicans gaining 024 over the lust spring vote. Starkweather is elected iu the Third District by a good He- publican majority, aud llarnuin, Democrat, In the Fourth District Is re-elected by 5b0 majority. This gives a Republican gain of the State ticket and two Congressmen. The .cglslaturc Is close, but probably a small Republican majority. The Republicans gain argcly In Hartford and New Haven coun ties, and the Democrats gain In Windham and Fairfield counties. Jewell's majority will be about .100.
