Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha
A. Behnken, 68, wix2 of Claus Behn
ken of Route 2, will be held Tries
day at 3:30 from Robinson's mor
tuary and at 4 from St. Paul's
church. The Rev. Robert M. Corl
Jr. will officiate and burial will
be made in Roose cemetery.
Mrs. Behnken, who had been an
invalid 20 years and seriously ill
, since Christmas, died Saturday.
| She was born in Carroll-iwp. Aug¬
ust 5, 1889, daughter of Gottfried
| and Pauline Pfeiffer, She was a
: member of St.. Paul's church.
Surviving are her husband Claus;
son, Clarence of Oak Harbor;
daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Risen of
Oak Harbor, Mrs. Franklin Long-
anbach of Gibsonburg, Mrs, Will-
ard Joseph and Mrs. Wade Wag¬
ner of Fremont; a sister, Mrs.
Augusta Kohlman of Oak Harbor;
20 grandchildren and three great
