Mrs, Benjamin Boock, of Mansfield but formerly of Catawba Island, died at the residence of , her sister, Mrs. Anna Dickman, last Saturday night, aged 54 years. Diabetes was the cause of death, if~- if ~i -j/ g,
Mrs, Boock's maiden name was Mata Bolte. She was born in G.efmany and came to this country- when a girl in her teens, She was married to Benja¬ min Boock in 1884'. They lived for a number of years on a fruit farm on Catawba Island but they moved to Mansfield about five years ago. She was the mother of three sons Edward, Roland and Fred all grown to man- manhood. Mrs, Louisa Meyers, Mrs. Anna Diekman and Mrs. Sophia Hein- sen are her sisters, .and ex-Sheriff Bolte, of Graytown, is a brother.
