John L. Boggs, a life long res-
ident'of this vicinity, died at his
late home across the river rather
unexpectedly Saturday morning.
November 7, aged 77 years and 7
months. He was a son of Ed¬
ward and Mary_Netcher Boggs,
He was a farmer andTTved in his
late home 20 years. His wife died
about four years ago. He is sur¬
vived only by one sister, Mrs.
I Elizabeth.Wolton of Toledo, who
lis in feeble health. One brother
I and two sisters preceded him in
; death. Last rites were held Mon-
j day afternoon at tbe*bome, with
Rev. Scheufler officiating, and in-
j ferment was in Onion cemetery.
