Full text	Arthur Auxter / Arthur D. Auxter, 80, of 15941 W. Walbridge Road, Graytown, died May 20 in the home of a daughter, Mrs. Erma Petersen, Curtice. Born Oct. 5, 1897, in Lindsey, he was a son of Fred and Erma Cockran Auxter. He was a retired farmer and a retired fireman at Erie Ordnance Depot. His wife, Rose Bensch Auxter, had died in 1977. Mr. Auxter was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Black¬ berry. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Lester (Erma) Petersen, Curtice; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Friends called at Crosser Funeral Home in Oak Harbor. Services were held Tuesday in St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Black¬ berry, Rev. Thomas Wilson officiating. Burial was in Elliston Cemetery.
