Conrad Almroth

ohrad Almroth, son of Peter and Anna Almroth, was born in the old log house on the home place north of Elliston, Ohio, on (September 17, 1870. Reared in a Christian home, he was early in life brought under the in¬ fluence of Zion Evangelical church in Elliston and entered into the mem¬ bership of this church under the ministry of [Rev. C. A. Munk at about the age of 14. Mr. Almroth directed the choir in this church for a goodly number of years, and also conducted the Elliston band. In April, 1900, he and Clara Wilke were united in marriage. This union was blessed with two sons. The young, devoted wife of Mr. Almroth passed to her reward on Sept. 21, 1905.
There remain to mourn his de¬ parture his two sons, Clarence, of
Henry, Creotge and John Toledo, and two sisters, Mrs. Fred Hellwig, and Mr$. Kate Hellwig, also of Toledo. At the time of his death Mr. Almroth was a trustee of Benton
For some time, Mr. Almroth has in rather jpoor health. How- Ms passing: away came rather unexpectedly, and ytet very peacefully on (Saturday evening, May 25, 1935, at the age of 64 years, 8 months and
